1. Age requirement

Slopframe is for users aged 18 and over only. By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not create an account, upload content, or use the chat.

2. User-uploaded content

Every image placed on the canvas is uploaded directly by individual users, not by Slopframe. Slopframe does not create, select, endorse, review before publication, use, or claim any ownership over user-uploaded content. Slopframe is a neutral hosting platform for content that users choose to upload, and is not legally responsible for what users upload. Each user is solely responsible for the content they submit and for ensuring it complies with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Prohibited content

You may never upload, post, or share content that:

• Depicts, sexualizes, or endangers minors (anyone under 18) in any way. This is strictly prohibited with zero tolerance, and accounts involved will be permanently banned and may be reported to relevant authorities and law enforcement.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise not safe for an all-ages public canvas.
• Depicts or promotes dangerous, violent, illegal, or life-threatening acts, self-harm, weapons misuse, or extremist content.
• Infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Is otherwise unlawful, harassing, hateful, or deceptive.

4. Moderation

Admins may remove any image or chat message that violates these Terms, or that they otherwise judge inappropriate, at any time and without prior notice. Accounts that upload prohibited content may be suspended or permanently banned without notice, at Slopframe's sole discretion.

5. No liability for user content

Because all images are uploaded by users and not by Slopframe, Slopframe disclaims all liability arising from user-uploaded content, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Content is provided "as is" and Slopframe makes no warranties about it. If you believe content on Slopframe violates your rights or the law, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Slopframe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
